We are looking for a Planning Executive to efficiently manage and implement sampling for Nestlé brands to gain competitive advantage with maximum returns on investment in building brand equity.

A day in the life of a Planning Executive

  • To work with appointed Agencies in Delivering the Desired KPI results set for each project.
  • Develop report format and analysis with action plans within the project period as per the agree timeline
  • Develop creative designs for POSM, props , uniforms. Promoter deployment plans and selecting suitable promoter profiles to meet the objective of each project
  • Developing promoter’s product and soft skills training modules to ensure high quality in shopper engagement. This includes promoter’s incentives for performance drive.
  • Present during project set up and launch date to ensure flawless execution. Also this includes the “mystery shopper” program to check on promoter’s effectiveness.
  • To work with Customer Managers, Regional Sales Manager and Customer Ops Manager in delivering the desired KPI results set for each project.
  • To understand retailer support like mailer, price mark down’s and other sales promotional activities during activation
  • Creating on PR and PO for each project. Mandatory must have PR for all projects prior to implementation date. To ensure supporting documents are available in cases where we are not being able to meet this audit requirement.
  • Managing of premiums, POSM, props, sampling utensil, uniforms at agencies warehouses
  • Developing periodic product and soft skills training modules to ensure high quality in shopper engagement.

What will make you successful
