We are currently looking for a dynamic Sales Planning Executive. Apply NOW, you might be the one we are looking for!

Key Responsibilities:

-Monitor daily incoming leads to ensure accurate source attribution, campaign tagging, and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

-Support the setup of campaign records and maintain attribution logic within the CRM or other relevant systems.

-Prepare and update daily reconciliation reports to track lead accuracy and tagging completeness.

-Assist in compiling biweekly Sales & Marketing performance reports.

-Contribute to the preparation of the monthly consolidated Sales Report.

-Identify and escalate untagged or incorrectly tagged leads; reconcile discrepancies with external source data.

-Maintain up-to-date documentation on intake SOPs, tagging guidelines, and attribution workflows.

-Collaborate closely with the CRM and Sales Planning teams to ensure data integrity and process consistency.

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Data Management, or a related field.

-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

-Exposure to CRM systems, lead management processes, or campaign tagging is a plus.

-High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

-Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., basic formulas, data filtering, and reporting functions).
