Job description
Overview
  • Plan, update, and monitor daily production schedules to meet confirmed shipment timelines.
  • Coordinate closely with production, sales, and inventory teams to ensure timely production and material readiness.
  • Arrange and confirm availability of packaging materials before production and container loading.
  • Create new material codes in the system for new product specifications.
  • Check stock availability and avoid unnecessary production if stock is sufficient.
  • Coordinate repacking activities, ensuring packaging materials are ready and schedules are aligned with the repacking team.
  • Track and report reasons for incomplete or delayed production on a monthly basis.
  • Adjust production plans based on production team feedback and operational requirements.
  • Manage schedule changes effectively, ensuring all relevant teams are informed and production staff follow the latest updated plan.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in production planning or manufacturing coordination.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of multitasking.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
  • Knowledge of the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
