Overview
- Plan, update, and monitor daily production schedules to meet confirmed shipment timelines.
- Coordinate closely with production, sales, and inventory teams to ensure timely production and material readiness.
- Arrange and confirm availability of packaging materials before production and container loading.
- Create new material codes in the system for new product specifications.
- Check stock availability and avoid unnecessary production if stock is sufficient.
- Coordinate repacking activities, ensuring packaging materials are ready and schedules are aligned with the repacking team.
- Track and report reasons for incomplete or delayed production on a monthly basis.
- Adjust production plans based on production team feedback and operational requirements.
- Manage schedule changes effectively, ensuring all relevant teams are informed and production staff follow the latest updated plan.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in production planning or manufacturing coordination.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of multitasking.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Knowledge of the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
