About the role

NIK LAH SDN BHD' is seeking an experienced Sales Person to join our dynamic team in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. As a Sales Person, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales growth and achieving its ambitious targets. This is a contract position, offering the flexibility to balance your work and personal life.

What you'll be doing

• Attending customers' inquiry regarding furniture, wardrobe, kitchen cabinet, tv cabinet.
• Blast promotion to customer
• Achieving target sales
• Work in a team, need to deal with designer team and production team
• Close sale from leads obtained through ads
• Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities within your assigned territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Understand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products and services
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
• Some cases need site visit
• Basic salary + commission

• Proven track record of success in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the Sales industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections
• Ambitious and self-motivated with a drive to succeed
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using relevant sales tools and technologies
