Sales & Operations Manager (Inbound Travel)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Operations Manager to lead our travel agency’s business development and operations. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, managing travel products and services, and ensuring the smooth delivery of end-to-end travel experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a solid understanding of the travel industry.

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and meet monthly targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities including corporate clients, group travel, and strategic partnerships
• Manage and grow key customer relationships to ensure high levels of retention and satisfaction
• Develop and maintain good relationships with clients and suppliers
• Plan and manage travel bookings, tours, and packages
• Handle customer enquiries and solve any service issues
• Lead and support the sales and operations team
• Ensure smooth coordination of travel arrangements
• Monitor budgets, pricing, and profitability of products and services
• Generate sales and operations reports for management review
• Ensure compliance with relevant travel regulations and company policies
• Perform any other job functions assigned by management from time to time

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in the travel trade, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and objectives
• Must be proactive and goal-focused to achieve sales targets
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Willing to travel overseas
• Multilingual abilities are highly preferred
• Perform any other job functions assigned by management from time to time
