Job Description

  1. Implementing company strategies and working closely with departmental stores and hypermarkets to achieve the given NOS for all designated doors.
  2. To develop and expand the distribution network by analyzing performances of the accounts and monitoring competitor activities and market trends to explore new opportunities.
  3. Analyze sales and data to produce forecasts and work towards Agreed KPI.
  4. Align with marketing on all promotions and events while ensuring brand consistency in image and execution.
  5. Inventory management on the stock level at the designated channel to meet sales objectives and ensuring inventories are maintained consistently at a manageable level.
  6. Establish and sustain good relationships with all customers and dealer network, maintaining channel harmony and maximizing performance.
  7. Store visits to ensure brand & product visibility at all points of sales.
  8. Coordinating with marketing/brand on new launch or promotion of products.
  9. Building new business opportunities through kid’s channel.
  10. Identify other expansion opportunities beyond hypermarket.
  11. Managing, coaching, and overseeing staffs’ productivity and recruitment process.

Minimum Requirements

  1. Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related fields.
  2. At least 5 years of Account Management experience in dynamic retail industry.
  3. Able to lead, train and motivate a team of high-achieving salespeople and understand the demands of running a retail business with a proven track record.
  4. Analytical and organized multi-tasker.
  5. Good interpersonal, communication, and people management skills.
