Job Title

SALES OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, manage, and review customer quotations and proposals with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Process customer orders and manage order fulfillment
  • Liaise with the sales team to provide operational and administrative support
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (vendors, logistics, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth order execution
  • Maintain internal systems and documentation related to sales transactions
  • Assist with reporting, data entry, and tracking of key operational metrics
  • Support ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales operations, administration, or customer support.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to solve problems and work independently
  • High attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the IT or cybersecurity sector is a plus, but not essential

  • Position: Permanent Full-Time
  • Salary will commensurate with qualification and experience
