Job description

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate orders, shipping, and delivery schedules to make sure everything is on time.
• Help us improve customer satisfaction with new ideas and solutions.
• Monitor sales performance and share reports with the team.
• Keep an eye on stock levels and make sure we never run out.
• Support both the sales and operations team whenever needed.
• Travel around to check stock levels (yes, a little adventure on the road!).

What We’re Looking For

• Can speak Mandarin? Big plus! (We work with a lot of Mandarin-speaking clients).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A problem-solver who’s not afraid to take on different tasks.
• GDL license? Even better!
