Job description

Prepare monthly sales reports, rolling forecasts, management reports, slow-moving reports, buffer stocks (CDM) reports, and other relevant documents.

Liaise with the order management department and production planner to ensure timely deliveries.

Assist the sales team by directing customer feedback or inquiries to relevant departments such as QA, R&D, Finance, Supply Chain, and Production. This includes handling Halal Certification, Product Registration (Atiga), and customer product questionnaires.

Monitor and coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding stock balances, including buffer stock, sample stock, and aging stock.

Support the sales team in dairy operations, including meeting arrangements and organizing events or exhibitions.

Manage some existing small and irregular customer accounts via calls or emails.

Verify orders for accuracy in pricing, customer information, and payment details for assigned customers.

Contact customers by phone or email to answer queries and gather missing information.

Ensure all sales team members submit and complete reports such as project control reports, monthly sales reports, and rolling forecasts on time.

Conduct annual customer satisfaction surveys.

Assist the sales department with other administrative tasks as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma in Business, Marketing, Food Technology, or related fields.

At least 2 years of sales experience in the food industry, especially in HORECA, is advantageous.

Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support Agent.

Team player with strong discipline regarding deadlines.
