A leading company in the logistics sector is seeking an Operation Supervisor to oversee inventory management and logistics planning. This role requires a bachelor’s degree in chemicals or logistics, and at least 3 years of relevant experience, along with strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will be proficient in English, Malay, and preferably Mandarin, with a proven track record in successfully managing warehouse operations.
Complete monthly sales plan and update in-bound and out-bound planning and execution. Collect, report, follow-up, and summarize clients' orders, forecasts, delivery notices, and other related files.
Communicate with warehouse and transportation subcontractors to execute import and outbound planning using related forms and records. Collect information on importing production and follow up on the import process according to the procurement plan, confirming production details, and making inbound registrations. Collect all files after delivery of goods to clients’ sites.
Manage warehouse and product inventory, including receipts and logging. Collect information on suppliers’ warehouses, including inbound, outbound, and storage activities. Prepare outbound shipment files and record basic data for inbound, outbound, and storage transactions.
Requirements: Malaysian, fluent in English and Malay; Mandarin is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in chemicals or logistics. At least 3 years of experience in sales and/or logistics. Clear thinker with strong learning ability and adaptability. Strong communication skills, preferably with cross-cultural experience.
