Job description

This is an exciting opportunity to join Nidec Advance Technology Malaysia as a Sales Executive (Back End Sales). In this full-time position based in Kulim, Kedah.

What you'll be doing

Order Processing: Manage and process sales orders efficiently. Data entry in SQL system.

Customer Account Management: Maintain and update customer records.

Sales Coordination: Track and follow up on sales leads with the front-end sales team.

Report Preparation: Assist in generating sales reports and analyzing data.

Customer Support: Address inquiries and provide assistance to customers.

Administrative Support: Help the sales team with paperwork and operational tasks.

ISO Documentation Management: Develop, maintain, and update SOPs and WIs for Sales Department.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

At least 2 years of sales experience in B2B industry as sales coordination, back-end sales, or customer service.

Knowledge of supply chain or logistics processes and experience with export/import documentation

Proficiency in MS Office.

Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Driven, ambitious, and eager to learn and grow within the company

Possess own transportation.
