  • Work closely with Sales Team and Trade Marketing Team to ensure activity execution on time in full
  • Manpower scheduling and planning
  • Team monitoring and evaluation
  • Permanent & short term POSM monitoring
  • Resolve day to day issues for team members
  • Trade matters update
  • Involve in planning and execution of all roadshows and concourse events
  • Communicate with store in charge for arrangements of activities and space
Requirements
  • Degree in Business, Marketing or similar discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in related field and in similar capacity
  • Experience in managing Merchandisers in the Beauty/FMCG Industry environment is an added advantage
