Job description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operation Analyst to support our sales team and ensure smooth project execution. In this role, you will oversee sales activities, analyze market trends, and coordinate CRM operations to drive business growth. You will be responsible for tracking monthly sales forecasts versus actuals, managing the sales process from order placement to project handover, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Mission

  • The Sales Operation Analyst will oversee two activities: sales activities and project flow.
  • Oversee the market research, analyze sales trend and coordinate on CRM activities.
  • In charge of recording monthly forecasted and actual sales data.
  • Ensure the sales process are in order until the handover to Project Manager.
  • Coordinate with other departments in handling the ordering process until project closure.

Main Tasks

  • To cover whole sales activities and project flow in Asia Pacific region.
  • Analyze sales performance (per countries, per market) – using CRM database and sales forecast.
  • Monthly analysis of sales status (gap analysis).
  • Review sales contract (LOI / PO).
  • In charge of all sales processes to book the project into the system (60-80%; milestones).
  • Ensure all sales process documents (e.g., PO, contracts, invoicing, certificates) are properly filed and kept for references.
  • Liaise closely with finance department on revenue recognition.
  • Monitor agent sales commission through AWS and contracts with agents.
  • Propose and implement the optimization in CRM for Sales

Authority Exercised

  • Make modification in CRM, communicate with the Group in the optimization for CRM system.
  • Coordinate internally with other departments to ensure proper project transition and closing.

Information Technology

  • Windows OS and Microsoft 365.
  • Microsoft CRM
  • Microsoft Dynamics

Competences & Qualifications

  • Degree/Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or any related field.
  • Have a strong track record of success with prior experience in a similar role.
  • Creative in finding solutions to complex problems.
  • Analytical minded.
  • Able to work under pressure with tight deadline.
  • Well organized, proactive and self-motivated.
  • Cultural sensitivity and open mindedness.
  • A strong team player who can build good relationships at all levels of an organization.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to help and support others.
  • Fluent in English.
