Responsibilities
  • Build lasting relationships with customers and enhance customer satisfaction through better understanding of their' requirements;
  • Perform relevant sales administration activities in order to maintain accurate information of the customers' account;
  • To provide service excellent to all existing accounts for better sales share possibilities;
  • To oversee and improve company's deliveries by constantly providing feedback to internal and external customers;
  • Responsible for achieving sales results in accordance with set targets and business strategy;
  • To co-ordinate with ISO team member on ISO documentation and updates.
Qualifications

Education Level : Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, Economics or equivalent.

Year Of Experience : At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
