About the role
Commun Edtech Sdn Bhd, a leading provider of innovative educational technology solutions, is seeking a dynamic and talented Sales professional to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As a Sales representative, you will play a crucial role in driving new business development and expanding our client base. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
What you'll be doing
- Calling and engaging with potential customers, including international schools, private schools, online tuition providers, and various educational institutions.
- Conducting school visits, delivering sales presentations through consultation methods and product demonstrations to showcase our school management solutions.
- Negotiating and closing sales deals.
- Collaborating with the onboarding team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintaining detailed records of sales activities and providing regular performance reports.
- Staying informed about industry trends, competitors, and new product developments.
In short, as a Sales Consultant, you’ll play a key role in introducing our school management system to educators and school leaders, helping them move from chaos to clarity.
What we're looking for
- Proven track record in new business development, preferably within the education technology or B2B sales industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence potential customers.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to close sales deals.
- Demonstrable understanding of educational technology trends and solutions.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Enthusiasm for continued learning and professional development.
