Job summary

A leading company in FMCG is seeking motivated individuals for sales and merchandising roles. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining product availability and visibility across various retail outlets, nurturing customer relationships, and achieving set sales targets. Ideal candidates should possess a diploma in a relevant field and have a proactive attitude, with opportunities available for both experienced individuals and fresh graduates.

Qualifications

  • Experience in FMCG or merchandising is a plus.
  • Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Min 1-2 years of sales experience preferred.

Job description

1) Visit designated retail outlets (e.g. aeon co , aeon big , giant , cold storage , heromarket , cold storage , mercato, st rosyam , mydin , my diy , BS Freshmart, etc.)

2) Ensure products are well-stocked and properly displayed on shelves.

3) Monitor stock levels, perform stock rotation, and report any near-expiry items.

4) Build strong relationships with outlet managers and staff.

5) Provide weekly reporting on inventory, sales performance & competitor activity.

6) Support marketing and promotional activities (sampling, new product launches, etc.).

Requirements:

1) Possess valid driving license and own transport (motorbike/car).

2) Experience in FMCG or merchandising is a plus, but fresh grads are welcome.

3) Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.

4) Willing to travel and work flexible hours (including weekends if needed).

Sales Team
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and approach potential retail partners, distributors, and resellers (local & export)

2. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts

3. Prepare and present product proposals, quotations, and follow-ups

4. Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs

5. Attend events, exhibitions, and roadshows to promote Nims products

6. Work closely with marketing and export teams for campaigns and promotions

7. Monitor market trends and competitor activities

8. Prepare regular sales reports and customer feedback updates

Requirements:

1. Min Diploma in Business / Marketing / relevant field

2. At least 1–2 years of sales experience (FMCG preferred)

4. Able to travel if required (local/export support)
