Sales Merchandiser for Household Products

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Achieve the sell-in target for the outlet
2. Achieve Perfect Store target
3. Conduct detailing during weekend to close sales with shoppers
4. Complete visitation schedule
5. Complete all tasks assigned according to Merchandising standards:

1. Product replenishment
2. Promotion Set up
3. Out of Stocks (OOS) tracking
4. Inventory tracking
5. Share of Shelf (SOS) tracking
6. Competitor activity tracking
7. Price Checking
8. Ensure OOS is synchronized in outlet’s system (zerorizing)
9. Provide information on coming stock takes
10. Monitor dropped sales to ensure reordering
11. Implement FIFO ensuring product hygiene and avoid expiry
12. Support on road show merchandising and ensuring sufficient stocks weight

1. Validate goods return and input into system
2. Resolve any rejected PO within 24 hours

Salary Range: RM2000 - RM4000
