Job description

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare quotations, catalogues, sales kits, and proposals for customers.
  2. Create presentation materials and deliver product presentations (in-person or via video call).
  3. Make outbound sales calls and conduct email marketing outreach to potential and existing customers.
  4. Support sales pitching and follow-up activities with clients.
  5. Handle incoming inquiries, follow up on leads, and manage customer complaints professionally.
  6. Schedule and monitor follow-ups, maintaining accurate communication records.
  7. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to meet monthly KPIs.
  8. Provide regular updates to management on sales activities and customer feedback.
  9. Represent the company during local or international exhibitions (e.g., MIHAS).
Requirements:
  • Good communication and written skills.
  • Ability to speak confidently and present products to customers.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Initiative to follow up without constant reminders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email tools.
  • Basic presentation software skills are an advantage.
  • Must have own transport or reliable commute arrangements.
  • Self-disciplined, goal-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
