Sales & Marketing Senior/ General Manager (Property Development)
Our company is a reputable and dynamic property developer in Malaysia, dedicated to delivering high-quality residential and mixed developments that combine modern design, practicality, and value. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales & Marketing General Manager to lead our team in driving the company’s sales growth and brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, and manage the overall sales and marketing strategy for all property development projects.
- Plan and implement sales targets, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns to achieve company objectives.
- Oversee the performance of the sales team, including recruitment, training, motivation, and performance reviews.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with purchasers, business partners, agencies and key stakeholders.
- Strategically plan project launches, roadshows, advertising, digital marketing, and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Work closely with management, project, and marketing teams to align marketing and sales strategies with corporate goals.
- Oversee the branding and corporate image of the company and its projects across all marketing platforms.
- Ensure compliance with relevant property regulations, housing laws, and sales administration requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and marketing within the property development industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial or senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful project launches.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Creative thinker with excellent strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work independently, under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
