We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales & Marketing General Manager to lead our team in driving the company’s sales growth and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop, and manage the overall sales and marketing strategy for all property development projects.
  • Plan and implement sales targets, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns to achieve company objectives.
  • Oversee the performance of the sales team, including recruitment, training, motivation, and performance reviews.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with purchasers, business partners, agencies and key stakeholders.
  • Strategically plan project launches, roadshows, advertising, digital marketing, and promotional activities.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Work closely with management, project, and marketing teams to align marketing and sales strategies with corporate goals.
  • Oversee the branding and corporate image of the company and its projects across all marketing platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant property regulations, housing laws, and sales administration requirements.

Requirements:
