Sales and Marketing Manager

Salary - RM 3000 to RM 4000

Requirements:

Proven experience insales and marketing, preferably in the fitness industry.
Strong knowledge ofFacebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and TikTok Ads.
Proficiency ingraphic design tools(Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar).
Experience insocial media content creationand video editing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and optimize campaign performance.
Self-motivated, creative, and results-oriented.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends when needed.

Personal Trainer

Salary - RM 1700 to RM 4000

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough fitness assessments, including body composition analysis, strength and endurance testing, and overall fitness evaluations to establish client baselines.
• Design and implement personalized fitness programs aligned with each client’s goals, physical abilities, and health history.
• Lead effective one-on-one and small group training sessions, demonstrating proper form and technique while ensuring client safety and injury prevention.
• Inspire and motivate clients to stay committed to their fitness journey through consistent encouragement, goal setting, and accountability strategies.
• Monitor and track client progress, analyze results, and adjust training plans as needed to optimize performance and outcomes.
• Provide education on foundational nutrition, healthy lifestyle habits, and safe exercise practices to support long-term wellness.
• Actively promote and sell personal training packages, gym memberships, and other fitness-related services.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workout environment in accordance with gym standards.
• Engage in gym-wide events, challenges, and promotional campaigns to build rapport and attract new clients.
• Stay current with evolving fitness trends, certifications, and best practices through ongoing professional development.

Salary - RM 1700 to RM 4000

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct facility tours, explaining the benefits and features of the gym.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate membership plans.
• Maintain strong relationships with members to ensure high retention rates.
• Follow up with potential clients and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
• Keep up-to-date with gym offerings, promotions, and competitor activities.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Handle administrative tasks such as contract processing and payment handling.
