Sales / Marketing Manager (Property Development) | Johor

Our client is a leading Malaysian manufacturing and property development company specializing in sustainable packaging solutions and affordable housing.

Responsibilities

Sales

1. Leading and managing the sales team to drive revenue growth, achieve sales targets, and foster strong client relationships within the real estate sector.
2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve sales goals aligned with the company's objectives.
3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, real estate agents, property developers, and other stakeholders to enhance business opportunities, drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
4. Possess a thorough understanding of the company's projects to effectively communicate their value proposition to clients and prospects.
5. Provide ongoing training, coaching, and professional development opportunities to the sales team to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance.
6. Lead and participate in roadshows, exhibitions and events.
7. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring to identify new market opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
8. Collaborate with marketing, finance, and other departments to develop integrated sales and marketing campaigns, pricing strategies, and promotional activities. Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as may be assigned by the superior or Company.

Marketing

1. Lead and assist all marketing activities to promote the company's projects and enhance brand visibility.
2. Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners that aligned with the company's business objectives and target audience preferences.
3. Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, print media, events, road shows, and partnerships, to reach target audiences and drive engagement.
4. Oversee the creation and distribution of compelling marketing content, including website content, blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, brochures, videos, and presentations, to engage and educate prospects and customers.
5. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys to identify market trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for innovation, and use insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
6. Monitor marketing performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare regular reports to track campaign effectiveness, measure ROI, and identify areas for improvement.
7. Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as may be assigned by the superior or Company.

Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma.
2. At least five (5) years experience in property development / real estate industry or related field.
3. Able to speak in Malay & English; Mandarin will be an added advantage.
4. Manage marketing expenditure and budget.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
6. Committed with a result-driven personality.
7. Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
8. Independent, result-oriented, and aggressive in generating sales.
9. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
10. Proactive, dynamic, and a good team player.
11. Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
12. Possess own transport and willing to travel.

Remuneration
Up to MYR 9,000 (Based on relevant experience) + Quarterly Incentive (Upon Confirmation)
