A leading company in the hospitality industry is seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager responsible for driving sales operations and implementing strategic marketing plans. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in the hospitality sector, strong leadership abilities, and exceptional communication skills to enhance customer relations and improve services.

You will be reporting to the General Manager, Facility Management and F&B. As a Sales and Marketing Manager you will be managing the day-to-day sales and marketing operations, implementation of strategic sales, marketing plans and promotions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational
Managing all aspects of Sales and Marketing operations.
Develop and review Standard Operations Procedures (SOP) for implementation to ensure efficiency of building operations.
Manage and control theSales and Marketing expenditure for cost effectiveness.
Responsible for the implementation of strategic sales and marketing plans, activities and promotions.
Plan and organized events, marketing campaigns, exhibitions, PR activities and manage social media channels, newsletter also actively make sales calls, telemarketing etc.
Identify business opportunities, prospects and strategy to increase sales and improve services and also to establish and maintain a proper customer data base and develop business relationship.
Manage and control pricing and marketing strategies for products and services to ensure market competitiveness.
Conduct, compiles and analyse market research and propose business development program to Management.
Work closely with other operation teams (Kitchen, Food & Beverage and etc,) to ensure profitability in event business and smooth of operations.
Reporting
Prepare documents, including proposals, legal documents, stakeholders’ circulars and submissions to authorities to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards.
Regularly update and provide accurate information to the Management on the business operations of the Sales and Marketing department.
Leadership
Steer, develop and motivate direct reports, in line with the division objectives to achieve the division goals.
Conduct people interactions timely, in a transparent, and trustworthy manner to maintain high level of integrity among team members.
Eligibility CRITERIA:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
Proven minimum (8) years previous experience working as a Sales & Marketing Manager in a similar type of establishment.
Preferably Senior Managers with experience from Hospitality industries.
Outstanding interpersonal skills, including good oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization.
Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, and English.
