Job Description

  • Designs, establishes and maintains an organisational structure and staffing to effectively accomplish the division's goals and objectives.
  • Directs and oversees the supervision of assigned personnel, which includes work allocation, training and problem resolution, evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions.
  • Brand management, marketing activities and execution and able to maintain a good business relationship with customers
  • Identifies, evaluates and recommends marketing strategies in accordance with the Company's objectives for product lines
  • People Leader - to lead a team of marketers
  • Identifies new sales prospects and assists in contract negotiations for significant distribution deals.
  • Establishes rapport and maintains an amicable and fruitful business relationship with existing as well as potential clients and Principals.
  • To be constantly updated with the changing market/industry trend and its consumption of products and strategies to maximise the situation; coordinates the development of the Company's long range and annual business plans.

The Successful Applicant

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • 6-8 years of marketing experience in OTC portfolios and medical channels
  • Identifies, evaluates and recommends marketing strategies in accordance with the Company's objectives for product lines, preferably from pharma/health supplement industry
  • Product management experience in pharmaceutical / healthcare industry is mandatory.
  • Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and good communication skills
  • Knowledge of budgeting, credit and cost control, fiscal management principles and procedures.
  • Possess excellent leadership, organisation and management skills.
