Sales & Marketing Manager (construction offshore /onshore industry)

About the role

SPCO MARINE & OFFSHORE SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team in Gelang Patah Johor. This full-time position will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our market presence within the construction industry.

What you'll be doing

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and market share

Identify and qualify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation

Negotiate and close sales contracts with new and existing customers

Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business decisions

Manage to motivate to achieve targets

Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in the construction, offshore and onshore industry

Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies

Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and capitalize on market opportunities

Proficient in using sales and marketing tools, such as CRM systems and data analytics software

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve organizational goals

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
