Farm in the City is a thriving petting zoo aiming towards sustainability and we are in search for our next Sales & Marketing Manager who will be responsible for leading a bright & active team of young professionals. He/she will track market developments, curate strategies & standards, set up sales plans, and maintain customer relations among our clients. Responsibilities

  • Prepare, implement and compile data for strategic sales plans, monthly reports, annual goals, sales and marketing budget, forecasts and other reports as directed/required.
  • Creates effective sales & marketing programs that will increase awareness and positive perception of our farm both locally and internationally.
  • Promoting our activities, services and its personnel through a variety of creative marketing & advertising campaigns.
  • Manage all marketing, advertising, promotion, sales plans & programs smoothly within the approved budget.
  • Develop rates, group sales deployment strategies through review of competitive data, demand analysis and mix management.
  • Ability to effectively listen, communicate and perform diplomacy within its own department and in between other departments in the company.
  • Able to direct all publicity & brand awareness through various media mediums – such as print, broadcast and online.
  • Copywriting & editing various marketing collaterals including brochures, website update & its content, press releases, advertising & other promotional materials.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, business, or related field.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in marketing &/or sales.
  • Knowledge of the current travel industry, market trends and economic factors.
  • Experience in team management and leadership roles.
  • Good understanding of sales and marketing knowledge
