- Responsible for developing, planning, and proposing all activities for the Sales & Marketing Department to support the achievement of the Company/Group's sales and profit goals.
- Implement and execute the planned activities of the Sales & Marketing department, including branch offices, by coordinating, uniting, motivating, and guiding the Sales Team to achieve the Company/Group's sales and profit targets.
- Participate in developing the sales and credit strategies that create product awareness and promote sales of the company/group's property development projects.
- Participate in developing and implementing sales and credit policies, procedures, and activities to ensure proper and effective sales service is provided to customers.
- Assist the Chief Marketing Officer in the development of all sales and credit activities and measure the effectiveness of such campaigns in achieving projected results.
- Promote sales of the company/group's properties through various promotional activities directed at targeted market segments, including planning business trips to prospective buyers.
- Monitor market and economic trends and recommend alternative marketing strategies to exploit market conditions.
- Conduct market research on all proposed projects in matters relating to purchasers' interests and provide information from the sales standpoint on the design concept, property pricing, and prevailing buyers’ preferences, as well as garner market information on competitors.
- Review regularly the department's sales performance, the effectiveness of its sales and marketing strategies, and follow-up actions.
- Provide current industry updates and changes to the management and sales team.
- Review staffing requirements of the department, supervise staff in work matters, conduct staff appraisals, and provide staff training.
