Job description

Effectively execute the implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance the overall function of the Sales & Marketing Department.

Monitor sales processes, including following up on loan applications and liaising with solicitors on loan documentation.

Liaise effectively with bankers, lawyers, and the enforcement department.

Negotiate and close deals with customers on behalf of the company, solve problems promptly, and provide service consultations.

Attract, retain, and develop the sales team to minimize staff turnover.

Provide ongoing training, coaching, and professional development opportunities to enhance team skills, knowledge, and performance.

Lead and participate in roadshows, exhibitions, and events. Create comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales in the property industry.

Develop and nurture relationships with key customers by implementing programs for customer acquisition and retention to foster loyalty and strengthen branding.

Plan, execute, and evaluate multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote company products, services, and properties. Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve desired outcomes.

Lead digital marketing initiatives, including website management, email marketing, social media, and online advertising. Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Possess a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
  • Proficient in English; BM and Mandarin skills are advantageous.
  • Computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities to motivate the sales team.
  • Hands-on experience in sales of residential and rental commercial properties.
