Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies to strengthen market presence and achieve revenue goals.

Identify new business opportunities, conduct feasibility studies, and prepare market analysis reports to support decision-making.

Lead, coach, and motivate the sales and marketing team to deliver high performance and meet targets.

Plan and implement advertising, promotions, campaigns, and public relations activities.

Ensure operational processes, policies, and internal controls are properly set up and maintained.

Monitor and enforce effective supervisory programs and compliance with company guidelines.

Provide regular feedback, guidance, and performance evaluations to team members.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Requirements:
