To strategize, direct, develop and responsible for agreeing and delivering revenue targets as well as clear vision of the sales organization in achieving company sales and profit objectives through development and realization high level of Sales & Marketing strategies in the competitive market.

Job Responsibility

1. To lead and inspired Sales & Marketing workforce achieve company profitability through execution of Sales effectiveness.
2. To develop Corporate branding, image and communication strategy which are aligned with Company vision.
3. To identify and translate market opportunities into actionable recommendations to achieve individual, team and company revenue profit target.
4. To direct and manage Sales & Marketing operational aspects for the continuous departmental growth.
5. To develop and build team capability for supporting the continuous organizational growth.
