Sales & Marketing Executive (Property Development)

· Promote and sell residential or commercial property units to prospective buyers.

· Attend to sales enquiries via walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and online platforms.

· Conduct property presentations, site visits, and follow-up with potential customers.

· Build and maintain a database of prospects and buyers.

· Liaise with bankers, solicitors, and purchasers to ensure smooth completion of transactions.

· Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.

Marketing:

· Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns, events, exhibitions, and property launches.

· Support the creation of marketing content such as brochures, digital ads, social media posts, and promotional materials.

· Monitor and update listings on online property platforms and social media pages.

· Collect and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to improve marketing strategies.

Requirements:

· Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.

· Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the property development or real estate industry.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.

· Strong presentation and customer service skills.

· Able to work independently, with initiative and a positive attitude.

· Willing to work on weekends or public holidays during events or roadshows (with replacement leave).
