Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager in seeking (liaising with China Agents), creating and identifying new business opportunities.
• Collect, analyze, and prepare data and sales reports.
• Handle customer inquiries for both B2B and B2C markets.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.

Requirements & Qualifications

• SPM / Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in sales. (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Willing to travel outstation when required.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English (preferred). Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu is an advantage.
• Knowledge of CRM tools or Microsoft Office is an advantage.
• Chinese Male / Female preferred, aged 25 – 35.
