Job description

Responsible for conducting sales activities including attending to existing customers, sourcing new customers, promoting company products, and monitoring customer accounts.

Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive sales.

Coordinating with internal teams to develop and monitor marketing initiatives.

Researching industry trends and market behavior to identify sales opportunities.

Understanding customers' needs, proposing suitable products, and providing after-sales service.

Traveling throughout the assigned territory to meet with existing and prospective customers to solicit orders.

Expediting the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

Achieving sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

Tracking clients' payment terms and performing collections accordingly before the stipulated due date.

Compiling, distributing, and presenting ideas, information, and strategies.

Initiating and controlling surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma.
• Required skills: MS Word & Excel.
• Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin. Fluency in Mandarin preferred as the role involves dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Preferably with experience in sales—retail, general chipboard, plywood, timber products, advertising products, decorative papers, or hardware (industrial, household, and general hardware). Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
• Willing to work in Bukit Mertajam, Penang.

Working Hours:

• Monday-Friday: 8.30 a.m. - 5.30 p.m.
