Join Our Growing Team as a Sales & Marketing Executive!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist in planning Sales & Marketing schedule and activities of the company.
• Assist in compiling budgetary costs of Sales & Marketing activities and products for launching.
• Carry out sales & marketing activities as planned/instructed within the stipulated timeframe.
• Participate in sales & marketing activities including group visits, presentations, networking sessions, roadshows/trade missions, etc.
• Liaise with vendors/external parties regarding services provided, quotations, and timely job delivery.
• Manage the sales gallery, keep track of stock records, and update as needed on a weekly basis.
• Update enquiries report for walk-in/phone/mail inquiries and follow up promptly.
• Maintain and update company website information timely; monitor enquiry inbox daily.
• Prepare sales brochures and goodie bags for visitors; provide relevant sales & marketing services such as product presentations and site tours.
• Assist in marketing activities and respond to sales inquiries to ensure smooth operations.
• Compile necessary sales & marketing documentation for internal and external purposes.
• Monitor project progress, billing, and payment collection; report urgent issues to the head of department.
• Attend to customer requests, compile feedback during project phases, and assist in handover and post-completion processes.
• Prepare summaries of market surveys, sales reports, marketing reports, and inquiries for the department head.
• Ensure all sales & marketing activities/KPIs comply with ISO standards.
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the department head or management.

Job Requirements

• Degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Property Sales and Marketing.
• Strong analytical, communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
