Job description

  • Oversee and manage sales activities across multiple channels, including retail/walk-in customers, VIP clients, and supplementary courier points.
  • Conduct data analysis and reporting on VIP customer performance and trends.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing initiatives targeted at the VIP customer segment.
  • Analyze retail and walk-in customer data to support sales strategies and business decisions.
  • Develop and implement promotional activities to boost retail and walk-in customer engagement.
  • Perform outbound sales calls (cold calling) to identify and engage potential business partners, drive sales conversions, and support partners throughout the sales process.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with existing partners, and lead communication with their respective sales representatives.
  • Maintain and update a comprehensive database of current and prospective business partners.
  • Collaborate with management to set sales targets, develop strategic plans, and support both short- and long-term business development goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay informed on industry trends.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Company Management.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in sales, preferably within the logistics or courier services sector; industry knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Minimum academic qualification of SPM/STPM, O-Level, A-Level, or Pre-University. Fresh graduates with strong interest in sales and logistics are encouraged to apply.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and quick to learn, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Must possess own transportation and be willing to travel for client engagement and business development activities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Solid understanding of sales strategies and techniques, especially in a B2B environment.
  • Effective communication and customer service skills, with a focus on delivering client satisfaction.
  • Proven sales and account management abilities, ideally within the logistics or transportation industry.
