As we continue to expand our market presence, we are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Sales & Marketing Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about the automotive industry with a flair for sales and marketing strategies.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth in the automotive transmission sector.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Create engaging content such as brochures, presentations, and social media posts to showcase the company's offerings.
4. Identify and target new business opportunities, manage key client relationships, and drive new sales initiatives.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
6. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and customer needs.
7. Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients and stakeholders.
8. Support customer inquiries and provide product information and solutions to meet their needs.
9. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the automotive or industrial sector.
• Strong knowledge of automotive transmission systems and related technologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box.
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tools.
• Proficiency in Mandarin would be an advantage, as some of our potential clients are from China.
