Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome; 1-2 years of real estate experience preferred.
• Ability to speak Malay, English, and Mandarin is an advantage.

Promote and sell residential and/or commercial property projects to potential buyers.

Engage with walk-in customers, online inquiries, and phone leads effectively.

Conduct project briefings, showroom tours with prospective clients.

Follow up on leads and close sales professionally and efficiently.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of project features, pricing, market conditions, and competitors.

Develop and nurture relationships with customers, agents, and property investors.

Participate in roadshows, property expos, marketing events, and other promotional activities.

To follow up in loan application and SPA execution in order to complete the sale transaction.

To conduct market research and competitor analysis.

To handle day-to-day matters and documentation.

Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as maybe assigned by the superior or Company.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.

Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.

Those with 1-2 years experience (preferably in real estate or property) would be an added advantage.

Able to speak in Malay, English, Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Confident, self-motivated, and result-driven.

Energetic, goal-oriented, and highly motivated to achieve sales targets.

Able to work on weekends and public holidays.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
