We are expanding our team at the Southern Batu Pahat Branch and are looking for ambitious and driven individuals to join us as Sales & Marketing Executive.

You will be responsible for promoting residential and commercial properties, handling client inquiries, conducting viewings, and closing deals — all with strong support from our marketing and management team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Promote and market property listings (new projects or subsales)

Responsible to manage office daily operations

Arrange and conduct property viewings

Provide professional consultation to buyers/tenants

Follow up on leads and negotiate closing terms

Assist in preparing booking and sales documentation

Report sales activities to team leader/branch manager

Responsible for recruitment and growing sales team to meet organizational goals

Perform any task assigned by management fromtime-to-time

REQUIREMENTS

SPM or Diploma in any field (Candidates with higher education qualifications are an advantage)

Candidate with relevant sales and marketing experience with proven records in the property development industry is an added advantage.

Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin is required. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speakingclients.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently

Must have own transport and smartphone

Able to work weekends & public holiday (with weekday off)
