About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our team at Asahi Kosei (M) Sdn Bhd in Balakong, Selangor. This is a contract role that will involve in comprehensive and effective quality management. You will play a major role in promoting products or services and drive sales.

This role is a cross-functional position combining customer service, production coordination, quality assurance, and some sales or business development aspects. It emphasizes compliance with international standards (IATF, ISO) which are critical in automotive and manufacturing industries.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote products and services.

· Generate leads and nurture client relationships to convert prospects into customers.

·Collaborate with sales teams to develop sales strategies and achieve targets.

·Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.

·Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics; adjust strategies to optimize results.

·Coordinate with other departments to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company goals.

·Follow up on delivery arrangements with sub-contractors and customers.

Qualifications

·Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

·Proven experience in sales and marketing roles.

·Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, logical thinking and flexibility.

·Good command in Malay, English and Japanese languages to deal with both local and international customers.
