SALES MANAGER 销售经理 (Manufacturing)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Motivate team members to drive sales revenue.
2. Build strong working relationships with customers and suppliers.
3. Meet potential customers to grow lasting business relationships.
4. Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure healthy production output, quality, inventory, collections, and team coordination.
5. Conduct weekly sales meetings to manage the sales funnel.
6. Service key accounts throughout the sales funnel and retention process.
7. Use consultative sales techniques and solutions to improve clients’ operations.
8. Report sales results to management in a timely manner.
9. Formulate overall market development strategies and goals.
10. Participate in contract review, signing, and after-sales follow-up services.
11. Handle product quotations, customer product information proposals, and tracking.
12. Develop and enhance brand management strategies and maintain the company's brand.
13. Receive customer environmental protection information and communicate it to relevant departments; inform customers of the company's environmental protection requirements.
14. Coordinate communication between departments and customers.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
• Sales experience in the manufacturing sector, specifically in connector products.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer management abilities.
