In this key role, you will drive revenue growth by cultivating strong relationships with travel agents and corporate clients, while implementing strategic sales initiatives to maximize bookings. Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Proactively identify, target, and secure new business opportunities with travel agents and corporate clients to boost room night sales and revenue.
Strategic Sales & Marketing: Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to promote the hotel’s offerings, including competitive packages and tailored solutions.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships through exceptional service, regular engagement, and effective negotiation.
Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize revenue growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the hotel team to ensure seamless guest experiences and operational excellence.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales or account management, preferably in hospitality, travel, or tourism.
Proven Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success in lead generation, deal closing, and revenue growth.
Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence clients at all levels.
Problem-Solving: Strategic thinker with strong analytical and negotiation abilities.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
