Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all sales activities and ensure revenue targets are met or exceeded across multiple segments, including weddings, MICE, corporate events, schools, and tours.
Build strong relationships with clients, agencies, and partners to develop and secure business.
Develop creative and effective sales strategies to maximize bookings and revenue potential.
Lead a passionate sales team, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to foster a high-performance culture.
Collaborate with the marketing and events teams to create attractive packages and promotional campaigns.
Prepare and analyze sales reports, set goals, and continuously strive to improve sales performance.

Proven experience in a similar sales role, preferably in the events, hospitality, or tourism industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
