Duties and responsibilities

People & Sales management. Lead and manages a team of 2-4 sales representatives.

Represents company products and services, starting with comprehensive understanding of products. Key role would be similar to a Sales Manager in a Healthcare / Medical Industry ; Hospitals & Specialty Clinic settings.

May be required to report physically to office once/twice a week

Medical Devices/Equipment sales experience is a must

Quick to establish association with existing customers and stake holders, able to grow the business with new customers.

Engaged in business development by identifying opportunities and drive the sales of product portfolio to health care providers embracing a solution-selling proposition

Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics. Learn and adapt to forecast & commit sales numbers

Generate sales leads and build strong relationships with existing users. Able to plan and organize daily work schedule to call on existing or potential new sales channels

Develop and implement territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field. Able to work independently and outstation (if required)

Ability to hit minimum sales target mapped out for your territories/accounts by your direct line manager and management

Lucrative and competitive incentive scheme; no cap on incentives, average range of incentive from RM20k - over RM80k per year.

Preferred Qualifications

Diploma / Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years of sales experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical devices/instruments, products or services

Related studies or experience in Healthcare / Medical industry is a plus. Any other degrees are welcome too

Proven track record of success the sales cycle from plan to close

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Good command of English; both written and spoken

Ability to travel interstate

Independent in handling key accounts with minimum supervision
