About the Company
A scaling up solar energy company in Malaysia market specialised in residential and commercial field is looking for a talented Sales Manager to lead their expanding solar energy sales team.

About the Job
You will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans, building and mentoring a high-performing sales team.

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
  2. Monitor team performance, analyze sales data, and implement effective strategies for improvement.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market activities, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities and challenges.
  5. Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
  6. Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and technical teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor in engineering, business or any related qualification.
