About the role

We are seeking a talented Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at City-Link Express (M) Sdn Bhd' in our Skudai Johor regional office. As a full-time Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales performance and expanding our customer base in the local market.

What you'll be doing

To plan, lead, organize and implement marketing and sales strategies to achieve the sales goals.

To manage and lead the sales team and be responsible for the full spectrum of the sales activities, including strategic marketing planning, forecast, outlook and customer relationship management.

To manage client servicing, collecting and updating market information on logistics solutions and undertake various sales tasks that may be delegated from time to time.

What we're looking for

Degree in Business/Sales/Marketing or equivalent from recognized institution.

At least 5 years of working experience in service industry, preferably in Logistics/Courier Service industry.

Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of Mandarin and other Chinese dialects would be an added advantage.

Self-starting, highly motivated and ability to work under pressure.

Proficient in MS Office applications.

Possess own transport and willing to travel.
