CUSTA is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead their sales team in Kuala Lumpur. This role involves developing effective sales strategies, managing and achieving targets, and fostering long-term customer relationships. With a strong emphasis on leadership and integrity, the Sales Manager will help drive sustainable growth within a fast-expanding e-commerce platform.

As the Sales Manager at CUSTA, you will lead and inspire our sales team to deliver exceptional support and a great purchasing experience to our customers. We expect you to continuously drive team development and morale, enabling sustainable growth and success.
Sales Target Planning, Management, and Achievement: Take ownership of planning, managing, and achieving sales targets for the entire sales team and individual members. Regularly review and adjust targets as necessary to ensure stable and consistent performance.
Sales Strategy Development and Execution: Work closely with the CEO to develop sales strategies. Effectively communicate and implement the strategy across the team, ensuring high standards in both quantity and quality of execution to drive results.
KPI and Productivity Management and Improvement: Design and monitor various KPIs and productivity metrics for the team and individual members to achieve sales targets. Identify issues, develop improvement plans, and lead the implementation of corrective actions.
Player-Manager Role: Actively engage in sales activities as a player when necessary, based on progress and business needs. Set a high-performance example for the team through hands-on sales execution.
Building and Strengthening Long-Term Customer Relationships: Design and implement operations and systems to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers engaged by the sales team. Continuously work to maximize repeat sales and customer lifetime value (LTV).
Integrity and Ethical Leadership: Demonstrate the highest levels of integrity and ethics in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders. Lead by example and instil these values throughout the team, fostering a strong and positive organizational culture.
Team Management and Development: Responsible for recruiting, evaluating, and developing sales team members. Build and maintain a highly motivated, goal-oriented team that continuously strives for success. Design and scale the sales organization in accordance with business growth phases.
Onboarding and Initial Responsibilities: As part of your onboarding, you will be expected to actively participate in day-to-day sales activities during your first 2 to 3 months. This hands-on period will help you understand our products, customers, and team dynamics at a deep level before transitioning into full managerial responsibilities.

At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager, responsible for annual sales of over MYR 15 million and managing a team of 6 or more members.
Proven track record of building and leading a sales team that consistently achieves challenging revenue targets as a Sales Manager.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in inside sales, field sales, or other sales-related roles.
Strong computer skills, including experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
Employment Type: Full Time (Probationary Period: 3 + 3 Months)
Work Style: Onsite - 9am - 6pm, Monday - Friday
