Our Client:

We are partnering with a MNC that specializes in manufacturing of components for the semiconductor industry. The company is expanding their Malaysia operations and looking for a Sales Manager as part of their strategic growth.

Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies that align with business goals, including penetrating new markets and customer segments.
  • Work cross-functionally with technical, operations, and product teams to ensure alignment of sales activities with customer needs and technical capabilities.
  • Monitor industry trends, customer technology roadmaps, and competitive activities to identify emerging opportunities.
  • Cultivate and grow relationships with both existing and prospective customers through solution-based selling and value creation.
  • Analyze business performance and market data to provide insights for sales planning, forecasting, and reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to budgeting processes and support internal operational activities to sustain long-term business health.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in technical sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the semiconductor or high-precision manufacturing industry.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and managing key accounts in international and regional markets.
