Your new role
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the field sales operations within your assigned Region/Zone. Your key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and achieving regional sales budgets.
  • Managing P&L, controlling expenses, and optimising working capital.
  • Building strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and market share.
  • Driving customer penetration and transaction volume.
  • Conducting regular outreach surveys and preparing sales forecasts.
  • Partnering with dealers and managing their performance.
  • Addressing customer and product quality concerns effectively.
  • Promoting cross-selling and sharing business leads.
  • Preparing timely reports and participating in country management meetings.
You will also play a critical role in business planning, team management, and recruitment, ensuring high performance and alignment with company values and goals.

What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you should have:
  • A Diploma/Degree in Biomedical or equivalent.
  • 8–12 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the Healthcare Industry, with 3–5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Willingness to travel and possess own transport.
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and goal orientation.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and on weekends/public holidays when required.
  • Fluency in English
