Sales Manager - Renal Care

As a Sales Manager for Renal Care at B. Braun, you will play a vital and accountable role for overall leadership and management of sales teams, as well as develop, communicate and implement plans, manage profitability, lead, coach and manage the team through sales strategy implementation, as well as preparation of business proposal that is consistent to division and company's objectives and targets.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Establishing, communicating and managing team implementation in regional plan, goals to maintain or increase market leadership position and superior customer loyalty.
  • Role model and promote standard for integrity, ethics, compliance, and job performance.
  • Manage regional personnel activities of staff (i.e. hires, trains, coaches, appraises, rewards, motivates, disciplines, recommends termination as necessary, etc.).
  • Direct and manage yearly and monthly activities of the regional teams; support teams to achieve team and business unit objectives in sales and profits; and continuously train, evaluate, coach teams toward achieving business unit goals.
  • Proactive in regional personnel training and development plan and initiatives.
  • Manage, implement and review team success in business unit and marketing strategies that are ambitious and reasonable; and strive for outstanding results.
  • Manage team implementation of divisional TND milestones in collaboration with milestone owners.
  • Manage regional policies and processes for prospect management and customer follow-up to assure that all potential customers are handled in a manner conducive to maximizing the division’s goals for sales penetration, profitability, and customer loyalty.
  • Work collaboratively with BUM to ensure that all customers’ agreements are completed accurately and in compliance with company policy in a timely fashion.
  • Manage regional team expense budget to achieve sales goals and optimizing the return on the business investment.
  • Responsible for the compliance and implementation of business unit and division pricing and profitability initiative, and proposal on tender bidding price with discussion and alignment with BUM & GM.
  • Provide inventory planning needs to BUM and SCM that enable them to plan for and create the capabilities necessary to meet the requirements of regional business.

What you will bring to the team:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or related.
  • Min 8 years or more experience in medical devices sales, preferably within related business.
  • People-management capacity experience of 3 - 5 years.
  • Possess experience in stakeholder management, including C-Suite level management.
  • Demonstrated proactiveness, solution-driven and independence.
