Sales Manager - Premix / Quarry ( Management )

Lead, Motivate, and Inspire: Lead a sales team, encourages growth and achievement in premix and quarry industry.

Strategic Visionary: Develop Company Corporate Image, professional sales and negotiation skills, staff development and competitive advantages.

Sales & Marketing Plan: Achievement of Sales Target, Logistic arrangement, Sales Collection and Management Report.

Relationship Building: Build good relationships with our valued customers, consultants and authorities (JKR & PLUS Highway).

Technical Control: Work with the technical department to deliver high-quality products to our customers.

Communication Skills: Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia; multilingual skills, such as in Mandarin or other dialects, are a definite plus!

Experience in the premix, quarry, and building materials industry is an advantage.
