Our Client:

We are partnering with a Malaysian Corp that specializes in manufacturing of plastic film products. The company is expanding their Malaysia operations and looking for a Sales Manager as part of their strategic growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share and achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities by prospecting and engaging with potential clients in target industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, QC) to align customer requirements with company capabilities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts, negotiating terms to close deals profitably.
  • Track and report sales performance using CRM tools, providing regular updates to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in manufacturing, or industrial products.
  • Preferably with experience in the plastic packaging industry, with expertise in selling products like Stretch Film, Co-Ex Films, Flexible Packaging, PP Corrugated, etc.
  • Proven track record in hunting new clients and managing key accounts.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Malay (written and spoken)
